Sometimes
we carefully choose what to say when we pray. We consider if our
request will please the Lord and look for Scripture that applies to
our situation.
Sometimes
we pray, “Help, Lord. Please.”
Our
heavenly Father always answers.
Lord
Jesus, I need You. Thank You for dying on the cross for my sins. I
open the door of my life and receive You as my Savior and Lord. I ask
You to forgive me of my sins so that I might have peace with God and
experience eternal life in heaven. Take control of the throne of my
life. Make me the kind of person You want me to be in accordance with
Scripture and in imitation of Christ in whose name we pray. Amen.
